B&W work from the 60's through the 90's

Scanned prints of my black and white photos from the 70's through the early 80'sm then a few from the 90's (a couple of fans busted me on dates :-) ). Mostly New York, some Chicago, a few elsewhere.

As of August, 2012 I sorted the "exhibit" such that the first 24 photos are New York on the Lower East Side aka the East Village.

The first two rows (12 pics in case you are not seeing rows of 6 images across) are the ones in the new BACK IN THE DAY calendar - all those were taken in the 70's. Pope John Paul II came to New York in October of 1979. This is outside the UN where people were gathered to see him before he went in to speak. I was working about a block away back then and went over on my lunch break - shot a couple of rolls of the crowds - never did see the Pope... except in this photo :-)
