Flowers At the Movies - NEW for 2015
For this calendar I selected photos from my files of flowers which had been used in movie titles, then made a little quiz by adding the names of 12 film stars who appeared in them. Just match the names of the stars with the titled flowers.
The photos on the cover are in the order they are in the calendar (l. to r., then down). The actor's names are in alphabetical order by first name, as you see. The common name of the flower is in the title, but the color of the flower in the photo may not be the same color that is named in the movie title. (Had I used the movie "White Oleander" I might have used a photo of the pink variety.)
To help the plant-species-challenged, each photo in the calendar has a small caption with the common name of the flower. The answers are on the last page of the calendar.
